(AB and BC Only) Flagging a Drug Therapy Problem

Pharmacists can flag a Drug Therapy Problem (DTP) if such a problem is discovered during the medication review. Pharmacists can then enter any additional comments or recommendations they have regarding the DTP in the Follow-Up tab.

1. Select the Medication Record tab.
2. Select the DTP checkbox located under the Rx Number Last Filled column for the selected drug.
